ABOUT JONATHAN
My goal is for my clients to leave my office with a sense of Empowerment, Clarity, and Courage to persevere through life's challenges.
Background
My career as a therapist began with my own healing journey. My search for inner and outer freedom brought me to some of the most spiritually exquisite places in the world. From the Himalayas of Nepal to the Peruvian Amazon, I spent time studying many of the worlds ancient healing traditions. I found inspiration in Buddhist philosophy and Shamanic healing practices along with many others. I experienced profound transformation in my life as a result of these practices and I felt a powerful calling to guide others to find their own path of transformation. Upon returning to the US and my career as a therapist, I developed a practice of combining the wisdom of ancient traditions with the evidenced-based practices of modern psychotherapy. I believe that everyone is capable of authentic healing, and it would be my honor to walk with you on your journey.
